Under calories by 300 or more each day.

Is it ok to go over your calorie allowance one day a week, if you have been well under calories the rest of the week? I usually have more than 300 calories remaining each day, one day I had 700 calories remaining.

Why are you so under on calories? What are your stats, goals etc?0

Yes, it's fine. Many people "save" some calories during the week so they can splurge a little on weekends, or for a special birthday dinner or something like that.0

Yep. 1,500 exactly for me over 7 days = 10,500 over a week.
Exactly the same as 1,800 x 3 days plus 1275 x 4 days = 10,500 over a week.
My body is happy with either way as it is a deficit and I am losing.0 -

Usually at the end of the day after I walk or go to the gym, and I enter my exercise for the day on MFP, the extra calories burned for the day makes it to where I am well under. My goals are to lose 2 lbs per week and I am now at 1250 calories per day.

If you are averaging at least 1200 net daily calories for the week carry on. If not, then plan on eating more on days you workout (or during the weekend).
You don't want large deficits day in and day out. You want to eat enough to help your body maintain existing lean muscle, while losing fat.
Keep in mind MFP calorie burns are often generous.0 -

I manually enter in the amount of time I workout or walk from the app on my cell phone into MFP, and if it says I burned 700 calories for the day, I won't enter the entire amount on MFP, I usually try going with half or a little over half of the reported calories burned from my app. Do you think that is ok?
