Activity Level?

I'm unsure about what to set my activity level at.

My job has me walking around for 7-8 hours, plus lifting and moving boxes during that same time period. Am I Active based on it saying (e.g. waitress, mailman); my job involves walking around and standing all day, just like those two jobs. Or am I Lightly Active, based on me exercising 20-30 minutes three days a week and 60 minutes twice a week?

Any help would be appreciated!

Active. Exercise is NOT part of your activity level, that is added separately.

So, I sit at a desk most of the day for work but try and get up and walk a bit every hour. However, I am a triathlete and workout about 90 minutes to 2:30 per day. So would I be lightly active based on my activity during the day at work or extremely active based on my total activity for the day?

I would say lightly active. Then when you log those 90 minute or more workouts you'll get extra calories to eat on top of your base calories. This would be the way MFP intends you to do it.

Or you could try calling yourself extremely active and then just don't eat back the extra exercise calories.
