30 day shred

How do you long in your exercise for 3 days shred? How do you know what your calorie intake should be?

    I logged mine as calisthenics. I forget the exact time, but it's minus the warm up and cool down. Maybe 20 min, if I remember it correctly. Once you log it, MFP adds it to your calories. You can either eat them back or a portion of them or not. Some do, some dont. I personally do, as I would eat my arm off if I didnt, lol
