Simple goal setting system

I recommend to everyone just starting out to write their goals down and post it up on fridge. Short term goals (walk, run, workout so much a week. Meet calorie intake, a given i hope. Simple stuff.) and long term goals (lose so many lbs a month. I recommend 5-7lbs. Improve push ups by 1 or bench by 5lbs) You get the idea. Make your goals realistic. Its encouraging every month when you meet or exceed your goals and gives you the drive or challenge to meet the next months goals. Near the end of every month, write your new goals for the next month and post it on that fridge. Its a daily reminder. Remember, stay positive and stay focused! Good luck and if this helps just 1 person....thats an accomplishment.
