Good evening everyone!

Curious as to what you all are doing for your own leg development, as I know a lot of people can struggle with building solid quads & thick glutes! Just wanted to emphasize the importance of PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD in all of your movements during training, especially for optimal muscle growth!
