Loose tummy out of pregnancy

I'm not really fat. As a matter of fact, my 5'4" height matches my 122lbs weight but my problem is my loose tummy due to 2 previous pregnancy. I saw lots of hot mommies having 4 kids but still have voluptuous body. Some said surgery is the only way. Please share your own experience.
