Lets do it! New mom looking for motivation...need friends!

I started working out about two weeks ago with a personal trainer and I can see changes in my body but the scale says I've only lost 1lb since. I've been eating six times a day, small portions mainly fruits and lots of veggies. but gosh I'm getting discouraged I'm doing a 1 hour bootcamp style workout 5x a week and only 1lb? really? sigh.....

    maybe gaining muscle? im in the same maybe try mesuring yourself i never lost anything one week but lost inches :)

    I went through this! Keep up on the fluids and play around with your diet a bit. I found taking out all processed carbs and limiting my salt + sugars worked. Eating back my exercise calories helped too.

    I watch the inches I lose more than the weight. You are probably gaining muscle:)
