mfp works!! only diet that has for me :-)

I started calorie counting, cardio and weights back in Feb/march, I was 161lbs now 137lbs with 4 more lb to happy with my results and most of all have done it all by myselfmyself, and also only do it mon-fri and have junk food weekends..good luck to anyone starting their journey :-)
