Add friends and join groups and Find challenges that you can enter. Also LOG everything. That is a big motivator for me. I don't want to have to log something bad so I have to be good!! Feel free to add me I'm just getting back on the wagon myself!0

Thanks just getting me head around the App but finding it really useful and easy to use, 3 days in and it's the weekend and not been naughty0

Best of luck! I agree that the app is pretty easy to use. It has helped me become more aware of the choices that I make, exercise and food. I'm sure it has helped many others in the same way.0
