Food cravings making me deppressed

I'm following a diet of no more than 1200 calories. But the minute I eat something I get intense cravings for snacks! I'm drinking lots of water to try curb it , any other tips? X

Yep you can have snacks as long as you plan for them and log them. 1200 is awfully low for most people. You might need to rethink your goal settings. A smaller deficit might take you longer but will make it easier to stick with the plan long term.0
