Food cravings making me deppressed

I'm following a diet of no more than 1200 calories. But the minute I eat something I get intense cravings for snacks! I'm drinking lots of water to try curb it , any other tips? X

    You know you can make snacks apart of your diet.

    Yep you can have snacks as long as you plan for them and log them. 1200 is awfully low for most people. You might need to rethink your goal settings. A smaller deficit might take you longer but will make it easier to stick with the plan long term.
