Why doesn't fitness pal have any exercises listed in cardio or strength training? For instance,
I play 18 holes of golf with a riding cart and walk approximately 5,000 to 8,000 steps. When
I attempt to log my golfing time, there's no option. Also, I wear a Fitbit and wanted to know
if I need to still log the exercise manually into my fitness pal diary. Help please.

No need to log any step-based activity—your Fitbit is tracking it for you. Log non-step exercise (like swimming or biking) either in Fitbit or in MFP—never both. Exercise logged in MFP overwrites your Fitbit burn during that time.

I walk and carry my clubs and I don't walk 8000 steps.0
