Starting a Healthy Lifestyle

Hello, I am new to MFP and am enjoying the app so far. My goal is to learn better eating habits, becoming more active so I can become healthier. I would like to lose some weight during this transition, however, my goal is more towards toning, and being healthier for my family and myself! I work better when I'm being held accountable and am being motivated.

I do not know how to add friends, so if you would like a workout, healthy eating and accountability pal, please feel free to add me.
