I need help with calcium/potassium

Hi guys!
I hope you can help me.
22 days ago I did a 11 day juice reboot. Since then I have been eating a plant based diet. SImply because I dont really feel like eating meat. I have been tracking my intake here on Myfitnesspal, and the report clearly states that I dont get enough calcium and potassium. This worries me a bit. (<-- nurse) I feel like I eat very varied, but something is clearly missing.
Also I am gluten intolerant, and want to try to limit my dairy intake.
Can someone pls give an advice ?
Do you have some calcium/potassium filled recipes?
Feel free to take a look at my journal (although some of it is in Danish)

The food entries do not all include potassium and calcium so you might not be deficient at all. If you are worried ask your doctor to do a blood test to check your levels.
A banana a day will take care of potassium, and a couple glasses of milk or substitute the calcium.0 -
Highly doubt a banana a day will take care of potassium needs.
