Looking for friends to support last few pounds loss

Hi, back after going it alone for a month, now looking for motivation to get me through the last few pounds, before the bikini body training starts! Any shares/tips welcome :)

    I've recently found that drinking plenty of water (and then some) will keep your metabolism stimulated and continue to burn calories. From my understanding, the mind does not know the difference between food and water in your stomach (as it pertains to starting your metabolism), therefore anytime you put something in it e.g. water; your mind tells your body to start burning calories. So in essence, it is like continually eating throughout the day which you'll find comes recommended by a lot of nutritionist; eating smaller meals/snacks more often. Hope that helps :) P.S. I lost 5 pounds the first week I made a conscious effort to increase my water intake without changing my workout or diet.

    I've found that tea helps with my hunger cravings. Especially green tea with lemon.
