Hitting the back button and....

Why is it when im in a thread and hit the back button, it takes me all the way out of the community page? This is on the app. I like using the website better, but when in the website, it wont let me comment or click on a person when in community! UGH this is so frustrating! Am i doing something wrong???

    The back button for the app is at the bottom of the screen not the top. I keep doing it as well. Bloody annoying!! Don't know about the website issue, sorry
