New routine, need a change.

And again I'm having problems with finding a new routine..
I wanted to start going to the gym, to do more weight training but busy months at work, so it'll have to wait.. Soo again I need something I can do at home. I've done T25, all phases few times and really liked it, but I think it was enough, since I don't find the workouts as challenging as before.
Any ideas for routines, workout plans I can do at home? Because it'll be hard to plan every workout when I'll be super busy..
I workout mostly 5 days a week, I have few dumbbles..
I really need something good, ]I want to improve myself, not become a potato from so many hours in the office :|
