honest advice pls!

hey everyone

would like some advice or tips preferably from women or even men that have acheived a lean toned body (maybe even a six pack ) :tongue:
and tell me what you did?

i am not overweight i have problem areas. i do exercise 5-6days a week cardio and weight training and even kickboxing.
do i have to take supplements? do i have to eat like nothing aswell or just chicken and broccoli?

i am just interested to know what that secret is?

    It seems like you're doing all the right things...exercise, weights, and kickboxing. There is not 'get toned trick' that I know of. Just keep doing what you're doing and the results will come.
