I'm sorry but I've never met a girl who's gotten back together with an ex simply because he's lost weight. If you want to lose weight for your own sake that's great but being thinner doesn't fix relationships.
edit: I want to make it clear that in no way is it safe (or even possible) to lose that much weight that fast.0 -
Not going to happen without a knife, don't think you want to lose a limb0
-
Pretty sure you don't need her.0

You can't lose 17 pounds in 14 days, that is impossible.
If this relationship depends on that, you probably don't want it, even if you *can* get it going again.
(It's rarely a good idea go back to someone after a breakup anyway. You guys broke up for reasons that probably haven't changed and probably won't.)0 -
Complete a shallow goal will only impress a shallow girl. What you gonna do with your first wrinkle? Botox?
I suggest you complete a small ritual to mourn the loss of what might have been and move on.
Weight lifting and Tai Chi can be therapeutic.0 -

And even if you do succeed in this stupidly unrealistic dumb goal, what are you going to do if she refuses to take you back? You are aware that you are not entitled to a girlfriend and that a girl may dump you if she wishes, right?0

This is a ridiculous goal. Its unsafe and unhealthy
If a girl doesn't want you because of your weight, then you don't need her anyway0 -
Just try doing everything the opposite of what you normally do. That might reel her in. It worked for George Costanza.0

lol um vacuum cleaner to suck out the fat as in homemade liposuction?0

How old are you?0

Can't help you with the weight loss, but this might help with your oneitis.0

Did she break up with you because you gained 17 lbs?0

All for a girl?
If she doesn't like you in that way now, she's not going to like you in that way if you lose 17 pounds. And, if you lose 17 pounds in 14 days, she nor anyone else (including you) will like you at all because you will be way too grumpy and hangry.
Seriously, what's the hurry?
If you want to lose 17 pounds, set aside about nine months, but add an extra months or two because weight loss is not linear, and eat at a calorie deficit, and you will lose weight.
Meantime, you might want to look for another girl.

A) impossible. B ) she isn';t going to get back with you. If she told you it was because you're 17lbs too heavy, she really means that the other guy is better hung and she feels bad for dumping you and wanted to make you think it's your fault. C), she's not worth it, bro. Plenty more fish in the sea.0

what's with the 14-day time limit? does one of you only have 14 days to live? zombie apocalypse?
getting a cat implanted into your side? (mine grew naturally but i know most people aren't so lucky)
seriously, i agree with everyone else.
i ditched the last guy i dated just because he called me fat (then got married to my next boyfriend, then lost a bunch of weight). don't do it for someone else, do it for yourself. and do it realistically.0 -

Is the opposite of goodbye hello... or badbye?
"My name is George. I'm unemployed and I live with my parents."0 -
So you're going to go to this girl in 14 days, with your scales in hand and say "Wait, look, see what I have done for you" <dramatically step on scales, digital numbers waver until suddenly stopping dude punches air>. "17lbs now you've got to take me back"
