I am recalling a debate where someone was arguing that it's just as good to lift light as lift heavy. I had a problem with this because it wasn't defined what was meant by "lifting light."
This article made me think of it because this guy is lifting 50% of his ORM... is that what we mean by "light"?? because this dudes ORM is over 1000 lbs, so his light is over 2 x's my heavy!

So what do you think it means to lift "light"??

try Tabata style lifting. You lift SIGNIFICANTLY less, but it will beat your Azzz down!0

I have done bear complexes and I tend to try to do them fast (with 65#)... would that be tabata?0
