Vegetarian based Meal plan help with starting stronglifts

I'm starting stronglifts on Monday and want to get enough protein. I eat mostly vegetarian but no dairy. I do eat seafood but only occasionally. I've been eating eggs everyday to get enough protein. I would love some ideas to help vary my diet of protein powder smoothies and eggs.

    Almonds, beans, lentils, peas, chic peas, macadamias, tofu, soy milk, cheese, hemp seeds, chia seeds, broccoli, corn, popcorn, kale, collards, spinach, zucchini, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, nut butters, granola, soy nuts, oatmeal, edamame, Lara Bars.
