Trying to stay motivated

Ive started my healthy routine 3 weeks ago am eating very well and going to the gym 5 days a week and walking daily. In my first 2 weeks I lost 2.5 Kg (5 pounds) but in the last week I haven't lost any weight at all its very frustrating and is making me feel disheartened Im a 5.4 ft 24 year old female 70 KGs (154 pounds ) hoping to get to 60 Kgs (132 pounds ) any advice

    Some weeks you wont lose any weight, other weeks you'll lose more than usual. Also, in the first week you will lose more than average as it is warer weight. Just stick at it
