Surviving Weekends and Parties

How do you survive weekends and parties? Also, any low calorie drink suggestions?

    I shave off 100 calories from my deficit during the week, leaving me with an extra 600 for Saturday. I start the day light, enjoy a couple drinks, try to log everything.

    There are some wheat beers for 120-140 calories, also a vodka soda with 2 oz of vodka is 120 calories.

    I have a weekend place where I go every weekend. All we do there is eat and play cards. Dessert during cards. I have decided to stay on my diet during these weekend times but it is hard to resist what with all of the good things to eat and drink. People are getting uncomfortable with my new pattern.

    Yeah that's the tough part when others around you don't get it.... I find my health conscious company understand more. Thanks for sharing
