Upcoming surgery!

I never thought of myself as that unhealthy or over weight that wasn't until I learned that at 21 years old I'm 247 pounds and have a gal bladder full of stones in which I have to get removed in a few days! I need to change me life style before I come up with more health issues then I want or need!
Anyone who can give me tips on this would be greatly appreciated :)

Thank you! I use to eat a lot of fast food in the past and I guess it finally caught up to me! But I've cut it out entirely! Processed foods I'm slowly trying to get away from and eat more fresh foods.

There's a whole list of restrictions that comes with gall bladder surgery. I think adapting to that an learning to log and weigh your food will be enough. Can you get referral to a dietitian?

Gallbladder problems are often genetic. They can also be triggered by dietary changes--even positive ones.
