Need motivation and help losing weight.

Hey, my name is Cruxie. I've been trying to lose weight. At one point I had it down and lost weight doing zumba, going to the gym everyday and eating better. But a lot of things happened and I'm finding it more and more difficult to do those things. I weight 250 lbs. But the thing is I work 6-7 days out of the week. I'm on my feet 8-10 hours a day. I feel like I don't have time to go to the gym or workout any more. And I'm soooo tried when I get off work. I also have a very small budget so I'm not sure how I can eat healthy. Especially when I rarely get time to eat at work. I would really love some help.

    hiya! it can be really difficult to do this when you got real life getting in the way... I find planning for the week ahead helps, food and workouts. As soon as i have my rota i get my diary out and plan my workouts, and when i do my food shop me and my partner sit and plan our evening meals and i write that down in my diary and do my best to stick to it! sending a friend request x
