Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred

I am looking into doing Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred. I know that I can get the videos online, but I'm wondering what the schedule is like. It looks like level 1 is done for 10 days straight and then level 2 for the next 10 days and level 3 for the last 10 days. Is this correct?
Has anyone done this program? What did you think? Was it hard or easy? Were you happy with your results? Any suggestions?
Thanks!

I did Level One Day One yesterday. Yes, you are correct, 10 days of each level. I am pretty out of shape so I was cursing at the TV a little, but I liked it- it was challenging but she does have modified versions of a bunch of the moves, and it kept me engaged. I woke up feeling motivated today with just a little bit of that soreness that reminds you that you put in some effort the day before!0

I did the 30 Day Shred and it gave me the most noticeable results in the shortest amount of time. The repetition day to day is a bit tiring, but if you can force yourself to do it, it is worth it.0

Do any of you know how it compares to Insanity?0

I think Insanity is more intense. It's longer (usually between 45 - 60 minutes) and a more powerful cardio. In Insanity you don't use any weights, etc. just your body.
I've done both and love both. 30DS is AMAZING because of it's length!
Insanity is multiple workouts too and it changes in month 2 to another set of workouts.
You can watch people do Insanity on youtube as well to give you an idea of other differences0 -
Insanity will kick your *kitten*. 30DS is a great warm up to it. Best part of 30DS is the results you get for that small time commitment, which is great if you're just starting out it's a lot easier to commit to 20 minutes every day instead of an hour.0

I do both.
Im on day 5 level one of 30DS and i mix in insanity.
I love the 30DS cause it involves weights and makes me seat without making me stop for breath.
Insanity is insane but its worth the sweat and IT is the one that makes me have to stop for a breather LOL.
I Intermix both. I think you def wont be upset with the 30DS results.0 -
I'm on Day 10 of the 30 Day Shred. I don't mind the repetition of the exercises because I can tell that I'm getting stronger at them. I'm getting a little tired of her saying the same thing about the 400 pound jumping jacks every single day, but I'm almost ready to move to Level 2 when she'll probably say something else.0

I havent been doing it once a day for 10 days straight but rather twice a day 5 days a week. I believe the body needs rest to repair itself. Sometimes I even do it three times a day, 4 days a week. I've gotten some pretty nice results doing that.0

As noted already, it is 10 days each level. I have completed 30 DS along with several other Jillian workout DVD's. I have also done P90X and Insanity, now doing a hybrid of those two currently. I had great results with 30 DS, lost about 15 pounds in a little less than 2 months and I was already in my target weight to begin with when I started. Amazing toning results in the leg and ab area with the 30DS program. Now, for Insanity - It's killer and that is an understatement. Great workout with Insanity, but it is honestly better to start out with 30DS and finish that and then possibly finish another JM workout DVD before you jump into Insanity.0

I have already completed Insanity at the end of May (lost 14lbs and 20 total inches) and I have been doing a hybrid of half marathon training and the Insanity max workouts. Would 30 Day Shred be going backwards for me then? Would if be too easy? Thanks for all of your input. I appreciate it!0
