Can someone be kind enough to help me? I just purchased the Polar M400. I am getting alerts on my watch when I get text messages. Am I able to read these from the watch. Where can I go to learn more about what this watch does like adding custom exercise. Thanks.

    Polar flow, and download the manual it will tell you how to add custom exercises and change your exercise profiles. Don't know if you're able to read your text messages, but it will run down the battery fast because the bluetooth is on all the time.
