Weekend support

during weekends, we have a house we go to with some friends. We eat and play cards during this time. I am trying to stay on my fitness plan and not go beyond my calorie limit. My friends are getting uncomfortable with my lack of participation. How do I stay on track without making them feel like I'm judging them?

Have they said something? If they haven't, then I think you're just feeling uncomfortable with your own change. Changing habits are uncomfortable. But if they really are your friends, and you're not judging by making note of how many calories are in everything, or commenting how much you want something but can't have it, they should be ok with you making healthy changes.
Do you pay that much attention to what other people are consuming? I bet they really aren't paying attention to you.0
