Knockout Thoughts?

I used to really love kickboxing and boxing in general when I worked out before my son was born. Recently I've rekindled my love affair with it thanks to the boxing component on Wii Sports! :happy:

I hesitate to get back into kickboxing because my knees are fussy now. But I'm craving the adrenaline from boxing I used to live on. I ordered a set of boxing workouts from Amazon yesterday - Leila Ali Knockout. A 2 disc set for only $4.44 including the shipping from Amazon Marketplace. Not bad! :glasses: Anyway, I'm sure I saw someone talking about this recently ... would like to get a discussion going on what y'all think of it. It has great user reviews!

Any thoughts??

    I think you should give it a try. And then....let us know how you like it. I was thinking of getting some similar Wii programs.
