A Very Mini Success!

Well it's been a grand total of 9 days since I knuckled down and got serious with myself. I have never felt so determined and I am feeling extremely positive! I have decided to celebrate every little success, seriously the second my socks start to feel a little looser around my ankles Im calling the national papers!

Here are my results so far:-

Start weight: 222lbs (eek!) - 216lbs
Chest: 42 inches - 40 inches
waist: 36 inches - no change
Hips; 43 inches - 41 inches
Thighs: 28 inches - 27 inches

So, to summarise, Yaaaaaay!

    Way to go! I'm also at Day 9. Haven't weighed myself yet, because I had to buy a scale. Since I'm existing on 1200 cals a day, I sure hope I'm down a bit from my start of 204. Keep up the good work!

    Hey Ska :) Im also only on 1200 calories a day, I'm going to go up to 1400 after next week as I don't think 1200 is sustainable or very healthy as I am doing more exercise than before. I hope you get the results you want :smile: x
