"the" calorie burn ? Like all TDEE estimators it'll be within about 10% for about 2/3 of people. Treat it as a start point and if you gain or lose at a different rate you can tweak accordingly.0

It seems 30% high to me
The cycling calorie burns are even worse,Ike 40% too high or more.0 -
I cut whatever it estimates in half to be on the safe side.0

No, it's awful
Best advice: take 50% and judge against your weight loss across 6-8 weeks0
