Craving for Yogurtland...

Do any of you have a major sweet tooth that you can't seem to battle? Well, I had some Yogurtland for the first time since I started this program, nearly 30 days ago! It was a social event and after lunch we decided to get Yogurtland. Luckily I stayed away from the candy-except the dark chocolate toppings - and mainly had fruit. Dang it was good! But I did cut out soda. What craving do you have in terms of fatty foods and what do you do to go about fighting against them?

    Personally I don't fight them. I have exactly what I crave but in smaller portions than I used to. The moment I deny myself anything I want it more.
    Everything in moderation.

    During my loss, I went to froyo once a week! I got the no sugar added flavor, no matter what it was, and the Mochi topping!! I still get the enjoyment of going out to froyo and the healthier you get, the more you enjoy the healthier kind and not the candy stuff

    I fit something sweet into my goals every night. Usually ice cream/gelato. Sometimes graham crackers with brown sugar or strawberry flavored cream cheese. Sometimes cake or pie if it's around.
