Quit smoking and start a healthy lifestyle

I'm know it's hard to work out while you smoke too much during the day and specially before going to gym
I'm trying to quit which is a challenge for
I quit some bad habits before and then came back
Now I'm trying to be clean
Over the past year I gained 9 kg within9 months bcz most of the time I was high or drunk
Now I joined a gym trying to eat healthy
Quit alcohol and anything makes me high( still trying)
The biggest challenge is smoking ( cigs and hookah)
I need support
