That Time of the MONTH

Is that anyone else arch nemesis when they are trying to lose some weight and eat healthy?
I am SO HUNGRY and totally lack the motivation I usually hold onto for my exercise plan. I can't seem to get it together. Of course at around 2:00 I will force myself into doing my exercise but I am hoping I am not alone in this feeling.

I was like that over the weekend and I was craving salty and sweet and did not go workout which is hard for me because I usually workout everyday sometimes twice a day but could not do it...I felt very tired, just no energy..listless...by Monday I was back to the gym but I guess I had to listen to my body and take a short break...on those days I just drink plenty of water and unwind:)
    Good luck!

It really throws me off my stride. For a week before AF appears, I find I stop losing weight despite sticking to plan but am thinking of nothing but food. I look in the mirror and just see flab (I think it's partly altered perception and partly bloat). It makes me feel like taking a seat in the pantry and demolishing all the sweet carbs. Fortunately, I now understand and just get my head down and ignore it as much as pos knowing that the next week will be the opposite, I'll lose double weight, feel full more and like what I see in the mirror (as well as I can). Chin up, you'll be you again soon xx
