just started, one week in, had a great kickoff week, best advice is meal planning0

Meal planning for 5 days is what I do. My food is prepped and pretty monotonous. Being vegetarian and leaning down, I eat 140gr of Carbs and protein and 30gr of fat! Its working. I am 138. Trying to get to 120 again0
