I need some help to get some tasty recipes that won't blow through my calorie count in one sitting ♡ please help!

    I'll check out that site, the ones on MFP recipe board seems a little complicated I don't think my son's will eat it :wink:

    Use replacements for items you'd usually use. Shirataki noodles can be bought at Walmart [it's usually around the tofu stuff with veggies, etc] and are SUPER LOW CALORIE. Depending on the one you grab, the whole packet is ZERO calories! Makes great stir fry [mmm, pad thai], it great as ramen, etc.
