Ok so I'm 11st 10lbs (164lbs) and I used to weigh 15st 3lbs (2013lbs) a few years ago. Early last year I got serious about weightloss during Uni and went from 14st 11lbs (205lbs) to what I currently weigh.
My original goal weight was 12st (168lbs) But then I changed it to what I really wanted which was 10st 7lbs (147lbs) But now I'm stalling and seeing how I look at this weight I think I could look good going a bit under that and aim for 9st 9lbs (135lbs) because I think I'd still be a bit pudgy at 10st 7lbs.
The thing I'm worried about it how my body will look. I'm just under 5'7, 20 years old, and have been big since I turned 12. Will I have a lot of excess skin? I'm not too worried about my boobs because I'm planning on having a breast lift/enlargement, but I don't want to still have wobbly thighs and loose skin.
I hope I don't come off as shallow, but after years of torment from my sister who was slimmer than I was, and dealing with being ignored sometimes by the boys in my friendship groups in favour of my slimmer friends I just really want to have a good body as a "*kitten* you" to those who put me down, and to let me finally feel confident.

Start following a progressive lifting program and that will help give you the firmer thighs you want. Part of how you look will be dependent on genetics and how long you've been overweight, but lifting will help.
You're young, too, so that works in your favor. Keep in mind that it can take up to 2 years for your skin to be done tightening back up.
A couple programs to look up would be New Rules of Lifting for Women and Strong Lifts 5x5.

Yep, lift heavy things.0

Do it now. The more you wait, the less your skin will bounce off. So unless you want to be overweight your whole life, this is the best time to do it.0
