hi guys hope you all well:) I need bit of advice. I am working night shifts so don't know how to enter my foods. Thank you

Change the names or titles of your meals to your own schedule. Or use times instead of meal names.0

I would enter then just the same. Enter breakfast as the 1st meal when waking up....and so on.0

I leave mine called breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and just start my day with whatever time I get up. On the night shift I wake at noon or 1 so my first meal is logged under lunch, supper at 6 pm, and log my midnight meal under snacks before I leave for work at 8:30 pm. When I'm off work and have a day life my schedule still fits - breakfast when I get up (9am or so), etc.0

I just changed the names of mine yesterday after almost a year!! Add me if u like. I work nights 5 days a week.
I log my calories from 6am to 6am. I get home at 6am and sleep for a bit and usually eat my first meal around 11am.0 -
Thank you all:) one more question. How you put workouts in from runtastic? I cycle to and from work and my morning cycle( 4am) falls to next day:(0
