My favorite for breakfast but sometimes saved for a break at work.Filling,healthy and Tasty.I use the BetterOats Brand 100 calorie Cinnamon Roll instant oatmeal packet,1/2 cup frozen blueberries(They thaw out quick in the hot oatmeal)25 calories,HyVee 100% Whey Vanilla Protein 110 calories(20 grams protein),Emerald Natural Walnuts and Almonds snack pack 100 calories.335 calories in total but very good and good for you.
