OK here I am. I am 5'8" tall and weigh 250 pounds. My goal is to get to 200 pounds. I've been trying for years and I can't seem to get far. But I'm back again to give it a try. So any support will be taken.

@sistercarlette many of us are in the same boat. At 64 I know my time to get to eating correctly is NOW. Over the last year I have been working to control my pain by diet only. Cutting out sugar and grain has really managed my arthritis pain for the first time in 40 years for about a year now. My weight is coming down slowly and my IBS of the last 40 years was cured about 6 months after I started eating <50 grams of carbs daily and making up the carb calories with fat calories. Best of success.0
