I spent almost the whole day at our State Fair and can't figure out on how to log what I did. I walk by my pedometer for 330 minutes, but I also was carrying around a messenger bag for 11.5 hours that weigh around 15lbs. with all that I had in it. Can anyone help?

To be sure to not over log exercise calories, I would enter 330 minutes of "walking at a leisurely pace" into MFP's exercise diary and not worry about the messenger bag's weight. This way, you're ensured to not overlog.
Well done. Sounds like a fun day.0 -

Yep ... this ^^
In fact, I'd probably round down to 300 min.

For low HR "cardio" like leisurely walking I put the accurate time but only accept 1/2 the suggested calories, sometimes less.
Unless you are going to be walking the State Fair every day for 300+ minutes, I'd keep it that simple and move on.0 -
Yes I had a great day and thank you all for the helpful information.0
