keeping on track...

My name's Gina n want to lose at least 20 lbs. More would b excellent! Alas my delema...I've been inn this diet since April n only lost 2-3 lbs.
I work hard n sweat a lot there; m keeping w the caloric intake daily w not a lot of overages...(if yes, not by a whole bunch) I try to walk at least 2-3x per week for at least 20 minutes... I'm 46. I'm willing to help someone here in a-town so we can keep each other on tract. Any takers?
