In the past I did slimgenics, it worked amazing and I gained wait due to my second child and postpartum... I'd love to go back on slimgenics but it's so damn expensive! The thing I liked was it kinda told me what I could and couldn't eat, when to eat, and the portion sized .. I wish there was a plan on here that did that because when I'm told what to do I stick to it, when I can kinda wing it... I cheat
