Trying to replace fat with muscle, not over or underweight currently. I can't really go to the gym due to no cash to spend on that. I've been working out for 2 weeks consistently but only a few days ago started logging it consistently
Does anyone have some advice on working out when you feel like you need some one physically there with you but don't have anyone whose interested in working out
