Went on vacation in July and realized how fat I was getting and I decided to make a lifestyle change. I was always in shape and muscular when younger, but the beer and good foods of midlife had caught up with me.

I started exercising again (jogging, walking, lifting) and cut out all the beer and unhealthy foods. I am down 14 pounds since July 14th and feel wonderful again. I can see my abs and all my pants are too big.

Clean diet is key and I got this app to help track everything. I like it and it helps me remember to track everything easily.

I do give myself one day on the weekend to eat whatever I want and have a cold beer or two. You have to enjoy life and I keep the portions in control. I log the bad with the good. Be honest with yourself and you will see results.

It's your life, so enjoy it and keep yourself healthy. Happy getting in shape to all those out there.
