Hello I was sleeved 4/20/15, down 82 lbs so far.
HW 330
SW 325
CW 248
I use MisFit Shine to track my activity and sleep. Since surgery I'm off of 3 asthma meds and no more C-pap. Thank god I hated that machine. I feel good and can walk and workout without shortness of breath. I'm up to walking 4 miles about every other day. Now want to start with strength training. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance
