Hello my name is De'Lon I am 27 yrs old and I live in Florida. I have always been a little over weight but I am now at my heaviest. After having a baby I really let go of myself not even realizing how much weight I was putting on. Before I knew it I had gained 40lbs in 4 years. I did lose 10lbs, but kind of just stopped after that. I am putting my self out there to take control of my life again...and to live a more healthy lifestyle. It helps when you have others that keep you motivated and going through or in the same situation.. Which is why I am here.
