New Group - Move Your Butt Challenge!

I've created a new group this morning if you're up for a bit of a challenge this week (and possibly longer).

Many folks already exercise every day, or at least several times a week. Then, there are folks like me who need a little extra push (or a healthy competition) to get their butt in gear!

Please check out the Move Your Butt Challenge! Whatever your MOVE, do it for a mile a day. Walking, jogging, running, cycling, salsa dancing around your neighborhood, WHATEVER. The only rule is to get in a mile a day. We'll keep each other accountable and motivated!

I've just created the group and am trying to get some more folks involved. The more, the merrier! It's a public group, so join! Invite your friends! Let's do this! :)
