So I've been using the 1200 cals setting that mfp det me up with but is that a healthy amount? How do I know how many I should be eating? I'm 5' 7" and 170 lbs anf lately I'm burning anywhere fron 590-1200 cals a day...Any advice would be appreciated!

I guess I should have mentioned that I tried to figure out my TDEE but every "calculator" has a different amount...

With the MFP method you should be logging your exercise and eating back at least half of the extra calories you burn. 1200 is really the bare minimum a sedentary woman should be eating and it sounds like you're anything but sedentary.
