Fall Into Fitness Group

Hi everyone. I just started a new group to help keep me focused through the fall season. Fall is filled with lots of holidays and I could really use the extra motivation. So if you would like a little extra accountability the coming holiday season, please feel free to join! The group also has a weight loss Google doc so you can track your weight :)

    Hi.
    I've just joined your group and I think I have added my name to the Google doc. Hope I did it properly.
    Not sure what to do next. Will I get reminded to enter my data every week?
    Never been in a group like this before. Think it will be great but will need a little guidance. I've posted my introduction. Anything else I need to do?

    Hi @leannev68 ! Thanks so much for joining the group! Looks like you uploaded your info into the Google doc correctly. I set up the spreadsheet so weigh in days are every Saturday, but if your own preferred weigh in day is different, that's fine, just go ahead and input it under that week. For example, if you prefer to weigh in on Thursday, then this Thursday you would just put in your weight under 8/29 in your row. Unfortunately, there are no reminders, but hopefully you check back into the group every so often so you can read any new posts, and view the spreadsheet to help you remember when to weigh in next. This is a very informal group, so other than inputting your numbers and participating in the discussions, the rest is up to you! Again, thank you so much for joining and I look forward to taking on our weight loss journeys together!
