Asian noodle recipes with PB2?

So I finally got some PB2! I'd like to make some vaguely Asian noodle dish (have some awesome lo mein noodles that I love) - does anyone have a recipe to share? Or can I substitute PB2 for the peanut butter in any recipe I find, and does 1tbsp of pb2 = 1tbsp of peanut butter? Thanks!
